My Working Experience 2010

It has been quite a long time I do blogging. Finally I realize that why the working people always complain about 'no time to online', 'no time to do blogging' ,'no time to play games' and so on.

I would like to share my working experience.I started working as a cashier at the Selection Supermarket since 17 of January but I took 4-day leave to KK and back to work again on 22 of January. By that time, I started worrying about my Chinese New Year holiday. Then, I apply leave from 11 to 21 of February. I knew this is too long and it is sort of IMPOSSIBLE for them to approve my application of leave. As what I expected, the HQ came and discussed this with me. As a result, my leave left 7 days which are two days festival leave, two days unpaid leave and 2 days off day. Perhaps this is a good way to solve this problem. The HQ asked, 'Do you agree with my adjustment? If you do not agree, just say it out.' Of course, he said this to me in Mandarin. I was like, you wrote this stupid thing out and force me to agree with you and what are you expecting me to answer you? However, it is impossible for me to answer him in that RUDE way. I just acted like 'Ya ya ok ok...' and tried to agree with his 'BRILLIANT' adjustment. My heart said 'BULLSHIT'.

I really learn a lot of useful things when working. It is not easy to be a cashier. A cashier who is not only the money counter, she is also a janitor and a important person to serve the customers. I strongly agree that cashier is so important for any supermarket, hypermarket or any others shopping complexes.

During Chinese New Year, I was asked the reason of working. I really cannot answer this simple question. I cannot just simply answer them 'I work for money.' but that is one of my reasons. Indeed, I work for money but the 500 plus ringgit can make nothing for me since I need to spend at least six ringgit for food every day as they do not provide food. Well, one day I discussed with my Madam who is the boss of that supermarket that I would like to change from Full Time to Part Time. After being lectured, she approved my application of changing shift.

From 19 of February onwards, I work 3 days Morning, 3 days Afternoon and 1 day off. The salary is counted hourly. However, I resign on 19 of February because of some private reasons. I still need to work 2 weeks after resigning.

I use to reason of going to the future study but the main reason is my time is fully occupied by working. Once in a live, a 5-month holiday, how could I spend it on working? Why can't I just sit in the living room watching my favourite TV programmes and sit on my cozy chair to play Facebook? So fed up!
